We are seeking an experienced Senior Java full stack Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise in Java and Spring Boot, hands-on front-end experience with React.js and Next.js, and proven experience deploying applications on cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role requires strong technical leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices

 

Design and implement backend services using Java and Spring Boot

 

Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js or  Next.js

 

Architect, deploy, and scale applications on cloud platforms (GCP preferred)

 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions

 

Conduct code reviews and enforce CI/CD practices

 

Ensure application performance, security, and scalability

 

Participate in unit testing, performance optimization, and code quality improvements

 

Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis using monitoring tools

 

Maintain technical documentation and follow software development best practices

 

Must-Have Skills

 

Java (Core Java, OOP principles, multithreading)

 

Spring Boot (RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture)

 

React.js and Next.js (front-end development)

 

Cloud platforms with hands-on experience in deployment and scaling (GCP preferred)

 

Strong understanding of application performance, security, and scalability

 

Experience with code reviews, unit testing, and production support
