Job Description
The Platform Control & Support Manager serves as the central coordination point for all mandate and broker-related requests across the platform.
The role ensures smooth client onboarding/offboarding, asset transfers, and lifecycle events while minimizing operational risk.
It involves prioritizing requests, managing complex events end-to-end, and ensuring operational readiness.
The manager collaborates closely with sales, product, legal, and investment teams to assess impact, cost, and risk.
This role also drives standardization, efficiency, and continuous process improvement.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of asset management operations, mandate lifecycle, and regulatory/legal frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
