We are looking for a proactive and skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in C#.NET, React, SQL Server, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality, secure, and reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using C#.NET and React.
• Build and integrate SQL Server databases with efficient data models and transformation logic.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and reusable components.
• Deploy and manage applications on Azure or AWS.
• Optimize application performance, security, and user experience.
• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to code reviews and continuous improvement efforts.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in C#.NET application development.
• 3+ years in in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• 3+ years in SQL Server, including database design and query optimization.
• 3+ experience with cloud platforms — Azure or AWS (deployment, hosting, and services).
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Familiarity with RESTful API development and consumption.
• Experience using Git for version control and working within CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Good-to-Have Skills (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and integrating security into the development lifecycle.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cosmos DB.
• Exposure to unit testing frameworks and test automation.
• Knowledge of performance tuning, monitoring, and logging tools (e.g., Application Insights, CloudWatch).
