Performance testing Lead with 6+ years of experience in LoadRunner and JMeter. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Performance test scripts.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

•        Test Planning: Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications.

•        Test Execution: Execute automated tests, analyze test results, and report defects to the development team.

•        Collaboration: Work closely with developers, test engineers, and product managers to identify test requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

•        Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for test automation improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Automation Framework.

•        Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior test engineers and help them develop their automation skills.

•        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

•        Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•        Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

 

Requirements / Qualifications:

•        6+ years in performance testing 

•        5+ years tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner

•        Develop and implement performance testing strategies and plans.

•        Define performance test scenarios, test data, and metrics for measurement.

•        Design, develop, and execute performance tests, including load, stress, endurance, and capacity testing.

•        Use performance testing tools in JMeter & LoadRunner to simulate user load and analyze system performance

•        Analyze performance test results to identify bottlenecks, failures, and areas for improvement.

•        Provide detailed analysis and reports on performance testing outcomes.

•        Work with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.

•        Recommend performance improvements and optimizations.

•        Monitor and review system performance in production environments to ensure sustained performance.

•        Communicate performance test results and findings to stakeholders.

•        Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, including load, stress, endurance, and capacity testing.
