We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Officer to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and achieve business targets in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in field sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for meeting customers face-to-face.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
Visit potential and existing customers to present products/services and close sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Maintain relationships with channel partners, distributors, and retailers.
Ensure effective coverage of assigned territory and regular follow-ups with clients.
Collect market intelligence and competitor activity updates.
Manage lead pipeline and provide accurate sales reports to the team leader/manager.
Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Promote brand awareness and support marketing campaigns in the field.
2–10 years of experience in field sales / direct sales / B2B or B2C sales.
Strong communication (Hindi, English ), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
