We are looking for a passionate Team Lead – IT Recruiter to manage a small team of recruiters and drive end-to-end hiring for IT and technical positions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in technical recruitment, excellent communication skills, and proven leadership ability to meet hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of IT recruiters to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing candidates.

• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), references, and social media.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver quality profiles.

• Track and report team performance metrics and hiring progress.

• Ensure adherence to company recruitment processes and quality standards.

• Stay updated on market trends, new technologies, and hiring best practices.

Requirements:

 

• 3–5 years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 1 year in a team lead or mentoring role.

• Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and job roles (Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data, etc.).

• Hands-on experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
