We are looking for a passionate Team Lead – IT Recruiter to manage a small team of recruiters and drive end-to-end hiring for IT and technical positions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in technical recruitment, excellent communication skills, and proven leadership ability to meet hiring goals.
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of IT recruiters to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing candidates.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), references, and social media.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver quality profiles.
Track and report team performance metrics and hiring progress.
Ensure adherence to company recruitment processes and quality standards.
Stay updated on market trends, new technologies, and hiring best practices.
3–5 years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 1 year in a team lead or mentoring role.
Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and job roles (Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data, etc.).
Hands-on experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
