Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles — from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding.
Source candidates through portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), internal databases, references, and networking.
Conduct initial screening, evaluate technical and behavioral fit, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with technical panels and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview processes.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate databases.
Manage offer negotiation, salary discussions, and ensure smooth joining of selected candidates.
Build strong relationships with candidates to enhance the candidate experience and employer brand.
