We are looking for a skilled Guidewire BillingCenter Developer with expertise in integration development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Guidewire BC, strong technical capabilities in Gosu, Web Services, and experience working in Agile environments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement integrations between Guidewire BillingCenter and external/internal systems.

 

Customize Guidewire BC using Gosu scripting and configuration tools to meet business requirements.

 

Develop and maintain SOAP/REST web services, messaging, plugins, and batch processes.

 

Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and architects to deliver scalable solutions.

 

Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

 

Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes.

 

Document technical specifications and integration flows.

 

Work in a hybrid model, coordinating across onshore and offshore teams as needed.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

5 to 8 years of IT experience, with at least 3+ years in Guidewire BillingCenter (BC) development.

 

Strong proficiency in Gosu, Java, and integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON).

 

Experience with Guidewire Cloud and/or On-prem deployments.

 

Good understanding of Guidewire Data Model, PCF, Rules, and Messaging framework.

 

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and build tools.

 

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

 

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Guidewire certification (BillingCenter Developer or Integration Specialist) is a plus.

 

Experience integrating with third-party systems such as payment gateways, policy administration systems, or CRM tools.

 

Prior experience in the insurance domain is highly preferred.
