Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Digital Campaign Management:

- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as search engines, social media, email marketing, display advertising, and content marketing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure campaign alignment and success.

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings.

- Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to enhance website visibility and increase organic traffic.

3. Social Media Marketing:

- Develop and manage social media strategies to build brand presence, engage the audience, and drive traffic to the website.

- Create compelling content and visuals tailored to different social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin.

- Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.

- Manage and maintain company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

- Create visually appealing posts, reels, and stories to engage with our target audience.

4. Email Marketing:

- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated email sequences.

- Segment and analyze email lists to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

5. Paid Advertising:

- Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

- Monitor budgets, conduct A/B testing, and optimize campaigns to achieve the best possible ROI.

6. Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using various tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.

- Prepare regular reports to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights to stakeholders.

7. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

- Identify areas for website and landing page improvement to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.

- Conduct A/B tests to optimize website elements for better performance.

8. Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

- Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing, making recommendations for implementing new strategies and technologies.

9. Influencer Marketing: Taking care of influencer marketing, inviting different influencers in our office space and market the office space.

 

 

Required Skills -

 

- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.

- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
