Required Skills - 

 

• Experience with multiple programming languages, databases, operating systems and tools

 • Able to code/debug and guide others to code/debug flexible, scalable and complex programs, using either written or verbal design specifications 

• Able to participate and add value in all phases of software development: feasibility, design, implementation, integration, test and delivery 

• Strong knowledge on Advanced windows installer concept e.g., MSI based Installer, Install script based Installer. 

• Good Knowledge on Windows operating System. Eg: Windows command line, windows environments like, AD etc. 

• Strong Knowledge on Scripting - Batch/Power shell/VBScript

 • Strong Debugging skills 

• Installer user experience and designing. 

• Good Knowledge on InstallShield framework. 

• Fresh Installation /Upgrade/Patch

 • Windows installer guidelines for upgrade and patches. 

• Programing language knowledge – Java,.Net, C/C++ (Good to have)

 • Quick learner and Enthusiasm to explore new tools.

 • Cultivates, develops and manages strong relationship with team members.

 

 • Ability to communicate design rationale and build consensus

 

 Experience 4+ years required in Install Shield
