Key Responsibilities:
Assess current telecom services to identify potential redundant Wavelength/P2P connections and network circuits that are no longer under contract.
Coordinate site assessments with the network architect and engineering teams and use the Jira tool to assign tasks to the team.
Oversee the collection and tracking of CRG invoices and contract data, coordinating with vendors to obtain copies of contracts.
Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to gather, interpret, and present findings that support optimization efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within specified timelines.
Collaborate with the broader Supplier Operations team to request quotes and order new circuits, as well as manage the disconnection of outdated services
Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, decisions, and outcomes.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to telecom service optimization.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and management on project status and results.


Required Skills:
· Candidate should have 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst Role with experience in program analysis, data analysis, or a similar role in the telecom industry.
· Proficient in Atlassian Jira suite for project management and tracking.
· Advanced skills in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
· The ideal candidate should have knowledge of telecom services (data circuits/voice lines) and network infrastructure.
